The main goal of the project is to contribute to the achievement of cross-border cooperation objectives between Romania and Hungary, in particular by ensuring the integration of people from both sides of the border, especially people from disadvantaged groups, into the common labor market, as well as by cooperation between entrepreneurs from the Crișului Alb valley, who share a geographical space and a common history.
By organizing adult training courses, trainings for students, organizing job fairs and supporting entrepreneurship in the rural environment, the two partners of the project contributed to the priorities of the European Strategy for social inclusion, smart specialization and sustainable development.
The implementation of the project activities is based on a long-term collaboration between the two partners, which ensures high organizational standards and skills. The partners also ensure the transferability and sustainability of the results obtained.
